  1. Add an 'In Progress' status to tasks

    Once a task has been assigned, there is no indication of whether the client is working on it, so it would be useful to have a status that could be changed to 'In Progress'.

  2. Adding / Editing Tasks (suggestion)

    When adding new tasks or updating tasks, it jumps you back to the top of the screen so you have to keep scrolling down over and over again when creating. The scroll feature can be very slow at times. When saving it would be great if it just stayed where you are on the page. Also would be nice to do several changes (Ie hide/make visble on multiple items) without jumig to top and having to scroll down again.

  5. Allow multiple companies for one contact

    Currently, you have it so I can only attach 1 company to each contact. While this works great if I have 1 company with multiple partners, this doesn't help me if I have multiple companies with the same partners.

  8. When clicking on the “Activity feed” icon in the side menu &click on something like “form was sent” to activity, it only pops up.

    It would be nice if it opens the form to be viewed on the clients portal or even opens the form section of the back end

    Using the forms to populate the information right into the project to easily find. (ie. Location of project and notes from the form) i seem to be only able to view it if i go into the clients folder. (For this case there is no workspace or portal, just the project pipeline)

  13. Alphabetize workspaces

    It would be great if we can view our workspaces by alphabetical order and not just by creation order. I know we can set it in alphabetical order, but once we click out of it, it defaults to date creation.

  14. Multiple email addresses

    It would be very helpful to allow for a single Client (i.e. Contact) to have multiple email addresses associated with their records. We are seeing instances where a client makes a habit of using multiple email addresses and it becomes a pain in the next two have more than one contact for the same person.
