when you go to Project section to add your 'Leads' - it is confusing. It's not a project, it's an opportunity or a business lead. Only when the client agrees does it become a Project. I think the naming and consideration of adding something should be just called "Add" - if you add inside New Lead, it's a Add Lead, if you add inside Proposal, it's Add Proposal. After this it should become a Project.

This is for if a customer/client wants to add items we currently need to make a new quote so our numbers are skewed as there is two quotes then if that makes sense?
