We’ve shipped a new batch of improvements to Forms, including new question types, signature support, smarter conditional logic, and a smoother submission experience.

✏️ 2 new question typesNumber: Collect numeric values with built-in validation. Supports digits and integers only for now. ​ ​Scale / Rating: Capture ratings on a customizable scale (e.g. 1–5), with optional labels for the low and high ends. Perfect for satisfaction surveys, NPS, and feedback forms.

​ ✍️ Signature stepEnable the signature step to let respondents sign forms by typing their name, automatically rendered in a cursive font. The submitter’s name is pre-filled by default, but can still be edited.

🧠 Smarter conditional logicYou can now create conditions based on numeric values with new operators on Number and Scale fields: is less than, is greater than, is less than or equal to, is greater than or equal to.

↗️ Custom redirect after submissionAutomatically redirect respondents to any URL after submission — a payment page, your website, another Hubflo form, and more.

You can combine it with a thank-you message or use it on its own:

• with a thank-you message → redirect after 3 seconds
• without a thank-you message → instant redirect

You can also choose to open the link in a new tab.

👥 Sharing forms across a company: New Appearance setting: Display forms to all contacts from the same company. When enabled, contacts see completed submissions from their teammates. Pending submissions remain private to each contact. (Off by default).

Share a folder with a public link and let anyone — clients, prospects, partners — drop files into it without creating an account or logging in.

How it works:

• Open any folder and click "Share" to access the new unified share modal.
• Choose "Anyone with the link can view files and upload new ones".
• Send the link. Recipients see an "Upload file" button right next to the folder title and can upload immediately.

Uploaded files land directly in the folder, ready for your team to review.

Note for admins: the portal setting "Allow generating a public link for a folder" must be enabled to use public links.

The activity feed just got a major upgrade.

You now get a contextual activity timeline at every level — workspace, project, contact, and task. Each timeline shows only the events that matter in that context: task completions, invoice payments, proposal updates, file uploads, messages, team changes, and more.

No more scrolling through a single global feed. Every entity now tells its own story, so you always have the right context at a glance.

We’ve shipped a couple of improvements to make task templates more powerful and easier to use ✨

1. Use Task Templates in projects

You can now use task templates directly in the projects view.

Create a task from a template using the “New task” dropdown — all properties are automatically applied.

👉 Note: this currently works for projects without task sections.

2. Relative Due Dates

It’s now possible to define a relative due date in task templates.

Instead of manually setting a fixed date, you can choose when the task should be due after its creation (e.g. same day, +3 days, etc.).

👉 Example: if “3 days” is set and the task is created on May 24, the due date will be May 27.

Create reusable task templates to standardize your team's recurring work.

How to use it

Go to Settings > Templates > Tasks. Define a name, type, description, tags, custom fields, attach files, and add subtask templates.

Then use the "New task" dropdown from any task list to create a task from a template in one click — everything is copied over. You can also save any existing task as a template from its action menu.

🎯 Key points

• Works (almost) everywhere: task index, workspaces
• All properties copied: type, description, tags, custom fields, files, subtasks

You can now link multiple projects to the same workspace, making it easier to manage several projects with the same client while keeping everything in one place.

Tasks inside workspaces are now organized in two levels: workspace tasks and project tasks.

How it works:

• From the workspace inbox → Tasks tab, you will find a button that allows you to create a new project or link an existing project to the workspace.

• Once projects are linked, you can navigate between them using the project badge at the top of the page.

Tasks are now structured in two levels:

• Workspace tasks → tasks that belong to the workspace itself (general coordination, shared actions, etc.)

• Project tasks → tasks linked to a specific project

Tasks can also be easily moved between the workspace task list and project task lists when needed:

This update makes workspaces more flexible and better suited for teams managing multiple projects with the same client. Let us know what you think!

You can now mark project stages as internal to hide them from your clients on their workspace.

Keep your internal workflow steps private while showing clients only the stages that matter to them.

What's new:

• Go to Settings → Other settings -> Projects
• A new "internal" toggle on any project stage
• Internal stages stay fully visible to your team, but invisible to clients

You can now reorder your project boards via drag-and-drop and manage them from a dedicated settings page.

• Go to Settings → Other settings -> Projects
• Click on manage to access the project board edit page
• Drag and drop boards to reorder them — the new order is reflected in the project list view

You can now show or hide Messaging, Smartdocs, and Workflows from your main menu, just like you already could with other items.

• Toggle the visibility of Messaging, Smartdocs, and Workflows on or off
• Changes apply immediately to the main menu for your organization

You can now generate a public link for any workspace folder, making it easy to share files with clients or external stakeholders — no login required.

How it works

When clicking the share button on a folder, you'll now see two options: the existing private link (requires authentication) and a new public link (view only). Copying the public link automatically marks the folder as public, and a banner will appear on the folder to confirm it's publicly accessible.

Admin control

This feature is opt-in at the organization level. To enable it, go to Settings > Client Portal > Global Permissions and toggle on "Enable public link sharing for folders". It's disabled by default so existing setups are not affected.

When the setting is off, public folder pages are inaccessible.
