User permissions
Be able to adjust what part of the portal users can see. For example I work with business owners and give tasks to staff but I do not want the staff to see all the notes from training sessions or see the chat. Can you enable more than 1 chat space, so the conversations with the business owner remain confidential, but the staff can also still message?

Would love the ability to merge duplicate clients, contacts so that it is all under one file.

Add permissions for admins, managers, etc
I have clients that really want to add their managers to their portals, and other people that work with them, but only want them to be able to access specific areas of the portal. This would be very handy I would imagine when you have multiple collaborators on a project and the administration only wants certain people to see certain things. Or maybe develop an integration with Slack where files could be downloaded and placed where they need to go.

Client Archive
A client Archive would allow us to store old client communication and workspaces for future use in lawsuits, client reintergation etc.. Plus by only having the active client on our dashboard would keep our main dashboard clutter free

Add ability to schedule messages to send later
It would increase efficiency by enabling users to draft messages at their convenience (such as over the weekend, on holidays & late at night or otherwise outside of business hours) -- check it off their to-do list & move on to other work. The system would automatically send the message at the appropriate time, without the user having to remember to do it. Google Workspace already allows this for email & it's available for text messages via cell phones, as well.

Direct GoHighLevel (GHL) Integration
During my initial sales call, I was informed that a direct integration with GoHighLevel (GHL) was on the roadmap for the 4th quarter of 2024. This integration would be a game-changer for managing and serving all my clients. Here are a few key benefits I see: • Seamless Client Management: Connecting GHL workflows with Hubflo directly would allow for smoother onboarding, proposal tracking, and automated client updates. • Enhanced Productivity: Instead of manually syncing data between platforms or wasting on Zapier, a direct link could save time and reduce errors. • Better Reporting & Visibility: Unified dashboards across both platforms could help streamline reporting, invoicing, and overall project oversight. I’d love to know if there’s any update on the timeline or details of the integration, and whether there’s a beta program I could be part of to test it early. Thanks again for all your hard work. I’m excited to see what’s next!

Add ability to include reminders in calendar events
Similar to other calendaring programs, system would automatically send reminders RE: upcoming meeting, eliminating need to do so manually & increasing probability invitees will show up, as scheduled.

Column for Task Status
I'd love a more robust task management area! One feature that we relied on heavily in our other PM system was a column for statuses - To Do, In Progress, In Review, Done...things like this (but please make them customizable!) A bonus is if we can color-code them. I'll attach an example.

Not a lot of functionality to it. It's just to make it easily viewable. Is it possible to change the pin color for location views in the project map view to a red color?

Integration with High Level
i use High Level for all my day to day agency stuff as do many agencies. Having the client portal speaking to HL and HL speaking to the portal would enable us to build onboarding to the portal into workshops and prevent duplicateof basic information, etc.
