🔄 Recurring Tasks
You can now set tasks to repeat automatically — no more manual duplicates!
To set it up:
- Open or create a task
- Click the recurrence icon 🔁
- Choose how often it should repeat: weekly or monthly
How it works:
👉 A new task will be created based on the start time of the original task, as soon as the current one is marked as done.
For example: If you set a task to start every Monday at 9 AM and repeat weekly, Hubflo will automatically create a new task the following Monday at 9 AM once the current one is completed.
Perfect for weekly check-ins, monthly reports, or any recurring to-dos! 😊
🔔 @mentions
You can now use @mentions to tag teammates and clients directly in chatrooms and task comments — making it easier to collaborate and keep everyone in the loop.
🔒 This feature is only available to internal users. Clients can’t mention your team or other clients.
How it works:
- Mention a teammate to assign them an action or keep them in the loop
- Mention a client only if they’ve been added to the chatroom, assigned to the task, or invited to the workspace.
Notifications:
🔔 Teammates receive in-app and email notifications
📩 Clients get email notifications
