We're thrilled to introduce SmartDocs, a unique app to help you further streamline your document management.

SmartDocs is super useful for when you want clients to:
- Collect a legally binding e-signature (for contracts, proposals, etc.)
- Input information on a document (e.g., fillable PDF or Word doc)
- Get approval/feedback on a document (e.g., a deliverable)

1- How to create a SmartDoc
- Upload any documents (Word, PDF, or images).
- Drag and drop fields onto your document (e.g., name, dropdown, e-signature, etc.).
- Save and send.
- SmartDocs can be one-off documents or "templates."
For example, if you have a standard service agreement, you might want to create a SmartDoc for that. Then, every time you have a new client, you can simply assign them this SmartDoc.

2- How do SmartDocs integrate with the client portal?
- You can send a SmartDoc to anyone; they don't need to have a client portal account.
- However, if they do have one, all their SmartDocs will be visible to them there.

3- Reminders
- Clients will receive up to three reminders when they have a document pending completion.
